Project Sales Executives (Inside Sales) – Selangor (HQ)

We are seeking a Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on laboratory project sales.

  • Duties and Responsibilities: Compile tender documents, project scheduling, project timeline.
  • Perform vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier performance management.
  • Liaise closely with project owner to understand project requirements.
  • Closely monitor material delivery, lead time and supply to ensure timeline according to contract.
  • Submit proper documentation for defect, product return, and replacement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder for in-house brands.
  • Documenting proper records of equipment package by industry needs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on cost reduction and payment term extension.
  • Evaluate and provide market study on potential partnership for complimentary products.
  • Monitor and keep track of project funnel.
  • Develop and maintain stock code database for new products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in any related field.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-starting abilities in previous experiences
  • Tactful communication skills to deal with different parties.
  • Detail-minded, strong project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MSWord, MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess own transportation
