Department: Healthcare

As Area Sales Executive, you will be the key person carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan, e.g. arrange presentation to the targeted group and provide technical product information and conduct demonstration.

This role needs you to identify leads and market potential to expand customer base, through exploration of the market, identifying market potential by maintaining customer database.

 

You will play an important role in:

  • Implementing sales and marketing activities relevant to achieving the set goals.
  • Expanding existing customer base for Chemopharm Healthcare portfolio of products and gather market intelligence for the assigned territories.
  • Identifying key account customers, exploring opportunities for Chemopharm Healthcare product portfolio.
  • Ensuring development of strategy for Key Account Customer with minimum one visit per week and build good rapport with customers

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Field Application Specialist

Department: Life Science

As Field Application Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert on the specific product portfolios under your care and be tasked to carry out all activities related to pre-sales and post-sales jobs, such as present to targeted groups and provide technical product information and conduct product demonstrations.

You will play an important role in:

  • To support the growth in the business line by providing technical support and expertise within the established diagnostics platform
  • Coordinate and conduct installations, commissions and demonstrations on the equipments at customer sites.
  • Conduct post-sales application training
  • Assist in pre-sales presentation, workshops and preparation (tender specs preparation) 
  • Respond to customer service request to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within the target timeline
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers
  • Responsible for the initial and on-going product/ technology training for company’s sales team members
  • Supports Malaysia and regional offices in pre-sales and post-sales jobs 

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Have Molecular Biology Hands-on laboratory experience.

Order Processing Executive

Department: Operations 

As Order Processing Executive, you will be the key person process all customer orders.

This role need you to process all customer’s order in a timely and accuracy manner.

You will play an important role in:

  • Input all Purchase Orders into the system
  • Send acknowledgement to customer to confirm receipt of order
  • Ensure the accuracy of all purchase orders processed.
  • Ensure orders that required service installation are being notified to service dept once delivery been completed
  • Work with Credit Control department to ensure of payment collection before delivery

Service Engineer

Department: Service

Responsibilities:

  • Undertakes site evaluation, site installation, commissioning and customer training for assigned product portfolia.
  • Tunes and troubleshoots equipment for proper operation.
  • Performs routine maintenance on equipment and establishing preventive maintenance schedules with customers.
  • Determines the tools and equipment required to perform the assigned job scope.
  • Submits reports and other related information on a timely basis to all stakeholders.
  • Prepares contract proposal and quotations according to service operating procedure.
  • Supports standby duty on a roaster basis.
  • Proactively engage customer to ensure that their expectations are meet or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any engineering discipline, with minimum 2 years of directly related working experience.
  • Prior working experience in the field of medical or scientific instruments servicing will be preferred.
  • Good analytical mind and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge in blue prints and schematic drawings in order to determine the correct working procedure.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Design and propose Laboratory Furniture solution according to Market Standard
  • Project Management to ensure Total Project Solution
  • Maintain sales targets with integrated sales quota planning – and analyse the actual sales pipeline against planned.
  • Ensure development of strategy for portfolio of products.
  • Identify key account customers, exploring opportunities for the product portfolio.
  • Carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan, e.g. planning, preparing Sales tools and organizing presentation to a targeted group.
  • Gather market analysis / intelligence and identify product and market segmentations. To assist selling team to market Lab furniture & accessories.

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum University degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Science
  • Market experience or laboratory industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience in office furniture, laboratory furniture or similar industry will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation, argumentation and analytical skills paired with strong organization, self-management and decision-making skills are key for this position.

Senior Product Specialist

Department: Laboratory Furniture 

Job Description: 

  • To execute sales and marketing plans includes promoting a range of products, providing literature and contents, liaising with principals for technical information.
  • Manage key accounts, addressing and handling inquiries, conducting field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Produces training materials, customizes training materials for different audiences, analyzes training needs and conducts product training for the team and dealers.
  • Generate sales leads and follow-ups which fall under the assigned key accounts and geographical area responsibility.
  • Assists Area Sales Executive, Dealer Team and other team members in technical inquiries and applications, provides report and market intelligence.
  • New Product Development – Gather market intelligence and identify product and market segmentation.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and suggestion into Sales & Marketing Plans.
  • Track, follow up and close orders for projects or new laboratory set up.
  • Process indents to supplier / Principal.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
