THAILAND

Associate Manager - Product Marketing
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Create, implement and coordinate strategic marketing plans which align with regional product team
  • Meeting the pre-agreed sales target and principal expectation
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence to optimize product and market opportunities
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, marketing activities, product launching) and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products
  • Ensure execution of all pre-planned marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Expand existing customer base for the portfolio of products through.
  • Build good rapport with key accounts and high potential accounts
  • Carry out field visits to elicit voice of customers, insights and market trends.
  • Provide technical product information and conduct demonstration and presentation to customers.
  • Create training materials and periodical training programs for sales team and key partners.
  • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels
  • Other ad-hoc related activities from time to time

 

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • At least Bachelor Degree preferable in Biomedical, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of professional working experience in product marketing.
  • Knowledge of laboratory/ industrial equipment functionality will be added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.

Associated Manager - Channel Sales
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Work with business units / sales managers in developing and strengthening dealer network.
  • Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for dealers/partners, to achieve company goals.
  • Work with business team to identify new dealers/ partners and to retain success of existing ones.
  • Obtain customers/dealers feedback and suggest appropriate product features/ specifications, to fulfil customer/ partner requirements.
  • Address dealer/partner issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure dealer/partner satisfaction.
  • Coordinate/ Organize regular meetings to review dealer activities / performances, provide weekly/monthly reports and other reports as required by management.
  • Conduct product and sales training to dealer’s sales team.
  • Assist in new product launch and other marketing activities with dealers /partners. Provide support for marketing campaigns, exhibitions/ trade shows and other promotional activities.
  • Manage dealer performance oversight & reports necessary for dealer performance tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Degree in Science, Biology, Microbiology and other relevant fields.
  • 3 to 4 years working experience
  • Extensive product knowledge in lab and scientific equipment is added advantage
  • Highly self-motivated, positive attitude and discipline in executive product marketing strategies and plans

PHILIPPINES

Channel Sales Executive
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Support and build a professional working relationship with a group of focused dealers
  • Identify new dealers and explore new business opportunities for the product portfolio.
  • Provide immediate and efficient first level technical support for any inquiries by dealers.
  • Support the sales and marketing plans, including promoting targeted range of products, providing literature and contents,
  • Manage key accounts, address and handle dealer inquiries, conduct field visits, product presentations and demonstrations with dealers
  • Gather market analysis / intelligence and identify product and market segmentations
  • Work with Product Executive to produce, customize and analyze training materials and training needs for dealers.
  • Process PO from dealers

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least degree in Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Business or related courses
  • Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills paired with strong organization, self-management and decision-making skills are key for this position
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in sales related to laboratory instruments or laboratory furniture is preferred. 
  • Experience in managing sub-distributers or traders is required for this position. 
  • Able to travel extensively within Philippines

Sales Executive (Analytical/Lifescience)

You will play an important role to:

  • Meet team and individual goals.

  • Carry out 70% of time on field visits to potential customers

  • Expand existing customer base for the portfolio of products
  • Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base, through exploration of the market
  • Maintain customer database.

INDONESIA

Finance and Admin Manager
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Manage the accounts function which covers Accounting and Finance.
  • Set up controls and guidelines to ensure the smooth operations of the division.
  • Manage and prepare financial and management accounting reports as per determined by HQ.
  • Monitor the Monthly budget and variance reporting and report any deviations to the management for remedial actions.
  • Monthly cash flow reporting and to implement policies to improve cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable. Monitor monthly collection forecast and minimize outstanding debts.
  • Stock movement reports and monitoring.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, Corporate Secretary, tax agent, bankers and lawyers.
  • To set up SOP for all workflows within the division to emphasize on effective internal controls and to ensure its compliance.
  • To ensure all government statutory requirements are complied with by the company.
  • Able to oversee the Order Processing Department. 

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia in both written and oral forms
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers or Assistant Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Exposure in Order Processing will be an added advantage

Area Sales Executive (Analytical)
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role in:

  • Achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory.
  • Developing and implementing an annual sales plan to ensure adequate coverage of the area/territory assigned to him/her, including plans for constant new customer acquisition, maximizing sales with current customers and expanding dealer networks.
  • Submitting sales and other reports as may be required on a timely basis
  • Working closely with the Product Marketing Team to give timely feedback on market condition and customers’ inputs on their product
  • Communicate with principal for product update and marketing activities

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Biology, Marketing, Medical Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in this field is preferable for this position.
  • Experience in sales & marketing for laboratory instruments is preferable
  • Experience in lab water system, biological safety cabinet, freeze dryer and peristaltic pump is an added advantage.
