Software Engineer
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Develop enhancements and new features of our products and its related modules/components.
  • Test and fix bugs or other coding issues
  • Develop and document knowledge base, user manual, product information, troubleshooting guides and its related documentation for users.
  • Meet both technical and consumer needs
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Perform quarterly cross-training to other team members.

 

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Preferably Full Stack Development experience

Service Engineer (Healthcare)
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Perform QC inspections on equipment for any physical damages or technical issues
  • Perform installations or commissions on the equipment at customers’ site
  • Train customers on the  operation and user-level maintenance of the equipment
  • Troubleshoot problems, take corrective actions and complete repairs including testing of the systems according to time frame set by the management
  • Prepare timely and accurate external and internal professional reports for the management and customers
  • Ensure no back-log of service repairs/ faulty units returned by customers
  • Update company’s Service CRM database according to time frame set by the management.
  • Report on current issues or feedbacks received from customer to management
  • Discuss and participate with team members on service delivery improvements
  • Continuously increase product knowledge and improve repair turnaround time

 

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
  • Be result oriented, a team player, self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt.
  • Able to understand and implement electronics / electrical / mechanical schematics.
  • Experience in Biomedical / Healthcare industry, knowledge of laboratory / industrial equipment functionality and some fundamental industry processes will be an added advantage

Sr. Area Sales Executive (Analytical & Life Science)
Roles & Requirements

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers as well as dealers in the Analytical and Life Science industry.

You will play an important role in:

  • Implementing sales and marketing activities relevant to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Identify new dealers and expand the existing dealer base to market the product portfolio.
  • Gathering market intelligence for product and market segmentation as well as expand the existing customer base.
  • Monitor and update management on market trends, competitors’ activities and end-user preference
  • Train dealers, conduct demonstrations and respond to enquiries on applications of the products
  • Carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Maintaining and developing a relationship with an existing customer in person, via telephone calls and emails.
  • Timely submission of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports to the management

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelors’/ Masters’ Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Science related background.
  • 3 years of professional working experience in the Life Science/Analytical industry is preferred

Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Support the growth in the business line by providing technical support and expertise within the established diagnostics platform
  • Coordinate and conduct installations, commissions and demonstrations on the equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct post-sales application training
  • Assist in pre-sales presentation, workshops and preparation (tender specs preparation)

You will play an important role in:

Office Manager
Roles & Requirements

You will play an important role to:

  • Oversee the entire operations including finance & supply chain functions
  • Finance duties include Finance Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable
  • Supply Chain duties include Order Processing, Shipping, Warehousing & Logistics
  • Ensure timely reporting  and order fulfilment processes is efficient
  • Vet and select vendors for regular office supplies, sales items peripherals, and maintain office assets
  • To support the team in matters such as order processing and arranging for shipment when needed
  • Plan and implement cost efficient freight forwarding and timely follow through the custom clearance for importing goods
