Sr. Area Sales Executive (Analytical & Life Science) – Selangor

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers as well as dealers in the Analytical and Life Science industry.

You will play an important role in:

  • Implementing sales and marketing activities relevant to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Identify new dealers and expand the existing dealer base to market our Analytical & Life Science product portfolio
  • Gathering market intelligence for product and market segmentation as well as expand the existing customer base
  • Monitor and update management on market trends, competitors’ activities and end-user preference
  • Train dealers, conduct demonstrations and respond to enquiries on applications of the products
  • Carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Maintaining and developing a relationship with an existing customer in person, via telephone calls and emails

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

The ideal candidate is motivated, ambitious and eager to drive the sales in the assigned territory. This position will be based in Penang.

You will play an important role to:

Key Account Executive (Oil & Gas) – Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor

The Group is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team as a Key Account Executive for our Oil & Gas division.

You will play an important role to:

  • Manage key accounts in oil and gas industry to achieve sustainable business growth
  • Be the key contact point of customer for sales, services, technical support request.
  • Responsible to develop new account to expand the oil & gas business
  • Promote and market product in assigned key account to achieve annual sales target
  • Involve in marketing activities planning and strategy development

Service Engineer (Analytical & Life Science) – Selangor

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team as a Service Engineer for our Analytical & Life Science division.

You will play an important role to:

  • Provide on-site after sales support to the assigned customer
  • The after-sales support job assigned can be any of the following:
  • Instrument preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Method development and optimization
  • Service and repair
  • Provide user training (equipment maintenance and/or method application)
  • Perform the job assigned based on the guideline & SOP provided.
  • Job assigned need to be carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
  • Submit service report not later than 24 hours after the job being completed

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • At least a diploma in engineering field, preferred electronics, electrical engineering or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience working in laboratory industry

Area Sales Executive (Healthcare Diagnostics) – Selangor, Kota Kinabalu

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and motivated individuals to join the Healthcare team as an Area Sales Executive.

You will play an important role in:

  • Achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory.
  • Developing and implementing an annual sales plan to ensure adequate coverage of the area/territory assigned to him/her, including plans for constant new customer acquisition, maximizing sales with current customers and retention of key accounts
  • Submitting sales and other reports as may be required on a timely basis
  • Working closely with the Product Marketing Team to give timely feedback on market condition and customers’ inputs on their product
  • Organizing product talks for customers

To be successful in this role, you would require:

Product Executive (Healthcare Diagnostics) – Selangor

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join the Healthcare team as a Product Executive.

You will play an important role to:

  • Plan instrument placements sales funnel, goals relating to turnover and variable gross margin together with the Sales and Service Team
  • Assist to negotiate and conclude contracts with Sales team
  • Analyse customer structures and decision-making processes and implement gained knowledge in the area of responsibility.
  • Monitor the implementation of the marketing mix using the given tracker and initiate appropriate action in case of deviations.
  • Assimilate, evaluate and analyse all relevant information about the available market and competition situation in the area of responsibility for each Sales Representatives as well as translate the results of analysis into concrete suggestions for sales actions and projects.
  • To plan procurement on the product purchases in order to meet sales target on specific product categories
  • Make visits to customers (key accounts) in coordination with the Sales team in order to maintain own knowledge of the market and to resolve concrete problems in the area of responsibility and for concrete sales promotion
  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
  • Coordinate and plan budgets, people and time management
  • Recognize and resolve problem quickly and effectively

Customer Support Executive (Healthcare Diagnostics) – Kuantan

The individual will play a critical role in the company by providing support (application and service) to internal and external customers.

You will play an important role to:

  • Deliver timely and reliable service and application support to customers.
  • Perform installations, commissioning of equipment at customers’ site.
  • Perform training on proper operation and user-level maintenance on the equipment at customers’ site.
  • Respond to customer service and application requests, take corrective actions and complete customer site repairs including testing of the systems according to time frame set by the management.
  • To perform 1st and 2nd level of service/repair and perform scheduled PPM as per plan
  • To adhere to the HQ’s customer support policy on breakdown time.
  • Responsive to customer needs and build rapport with customers and end-users.
  • Responsible for the initial and on-going product/technology training for the sales team

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Engineering (Chemical), Science & Technology, Biotechnology, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.

Customer Service Executive (Service Department)

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the team Service Team as a Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities :

  • Effectively and efficiently manage customer interactions through call, email and other channels
  • Generating Sales Quotation, Sales Tender, Sales Order, Delivery order and Purchase Order
  • Manage open sales orders and incoming shipments
  • Assist to propose and follow up on maintenance quotations and contract to customers
  • Logging of Customer Requests/Complaints into Service System
  • Assist stock & spare parts inventory

Job Requirement:

Sr. Finance Executive

We are looking for an detail oriented and ambitious individual to join the team as a Sr. Senior Finance Executive. This role will be handling full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Inventory)

You will play an important role to:

  • Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Inventory)
  • Prepare cash flow statement, month end closing and budgeting
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agent for completion of statutory audit and tax submission to tax authority.
  • Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required

MIS Application Executive (SAP B1)

We are looking for an MIS Application Executive with experience in SAP B1

You will play an important role to:

  • Administer SAP Business One (B1) in the areas of programming and report creation
  • Perform business process analysis with the business divisions to map requirements
  • Monitor the installation of all software applications into company’s property
  • Conduct periodic checking to ensure all SAP database, CRM database and other data in common server are back-up properly
  • Be well versed with the SAP system; enhance and promote the usage of the system
  • To monitor business software incidents reported in the Help Desk and to respond and resolve them in a reasonable time frame

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in  Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

General Administration Executive

You will be responsible for:

Shipping Executive

You will play an important role in:

  • Import & Export shipping arrangements for the organization
  • Follow up with principal on OA of PO and update data into SAP system
  • Liaise and coordinate with forwarding agent for importing & exporting and preparation of required shipping documentation.
  • Prepare & verify packing list, invoice, B/Lading, Form D and other related shipping docs, then submit for custom clearance.
  • Checking & verify inbound shipment of K1 presented by forwarding agent, checking HS code, duties & sales tax calculation and other related information to make sure is correct and complying to custom rules and regulation.
  • Coordinate with principal on the readiness of goods and to arrange shipment. Sourcing & comparing freight charge for best price in order to maintain shipping budget and cost.
  • Application of required permit eg. Temporary importation, Carnet shipment, MIDA exemption, Form D and required importation permit for special item.
  • Prepare & submit timely reports to superior or manager.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment assigned by management

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar role would be preferred
  • Possess good communication, time management and problem solving skills

Store Assistant – Puchong

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving goods, conduct count, inbound inspection in warehouse
  • Picking and packing of goods for delivery in warehouse
  • To assist receiving and inspection of goods at third party warehouse
  • Sorting and storing of goods at designated storage locations
  • Re-palletization and labelling of goods
  • Perform cycle count / stock count
  • To assist Warehouse Supervisor for effective storage and movements of stocks
  • To assist driver with local / outstation deliveries as and when needed
  • To operate reach truck and other warehouse handling equipment
  • Maintaining of good storage of medical devices in warehouse
  • Maintaining rack labelling system, break bulking and stock replenishment in warehouse

Sales Executive (Analytical Chemistry)

You will play an important role to:

  • Meet team and individual goals.
  • Maintain sales targets with integrated sales quota planning – and analyze the actual sales pipeline against planned.
  • Ensure development of strategy for portfolio of products.
  • Identify key account customers, exploring opportunities for the Analytical Chemistry product portfolio
  • Carry out 70% of time on field visits to potential customers
  • Carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan including planning, preparing sales tools and organizing presentation to targeted groups

Application Specialist (Healthcare)

We looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team as an Application Specialist. This role would require the individual to be a trusted consultant in delivering timely and reliable application support to customers.

You will play an important role to:

  • Perform demonstration, evaluation, method validation/verification of equipment at customers’ site.
  • Assist customers in writing up evaluation and method validation/verification protocols and reports.
  • Perform technical training on proper usage of the equipment at customers’ site.
  • Conduct on-site / online seminar.
  • Respond to customer application requests, take corrective actions and complete customers application concern.
  • Provide technical advice on the usage of the equipment to customers.
  • File faulty items claim with principles and ensure the replacement items are returned to customers.
  • Represent Chemoscience in a professional manner during each and every customer visit.
  • Be responsive to customer needs and build rapport with customers and end-users.
  • Demonstrate ability to work as a team and also capable working independently.
  • Be responsible for the initial and on-going product/technology training for Chemoscience sales team.
  • Attend Sales and Marketing meeting to discuss obstacles and find solutions and also to exchange market information with sales people.
  • Constantly upgrade knowledge skills on equipment and self-improvement skill e.g. people skills

To be successful in this role, you would require:

  • At least a Degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or any similar field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of related laboratory experience in handling analytical instruments, protein biology techniques or demonstrated equivalency of knowledge. Experience in protein analysis techniques and cell culture is an added advantage
