Regional Product Marketing Manager - Analytical

You will play an important role to:

  • Establish a leadership position for the business in the Analytical market segments 
  • Develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan for the product(s) assigned, consisting of situational and market analysis, competitive pricing analysis, understanding of market and customer needs, market share acquisition, new market and customer acquisition plan and contingency actions and where needed, appropriate financial ROI analysis
  • To gather and analyse competitive information and do good competitive analysis
  • Work with regional teams to identify and develop key USP’s of the products to position competitively.
  • Work with regional teams to develop surveys among customers and relevant industry players to gather feedback and inputs to help devise product and marketing strategies. 
  • As needed, work with vendors/principals to build or strengthen brand image of vendor/principal in the market through a combination of below and above the line marketing and communication strategies including PR, branding campaigns and positioning statements
  • A key responsibility is ability to work with vendor/principal of regional and local teams as well as Groups’ product and sales teams to develop and execute co-ordinated new product launches, new product trainings, pricing and promotion strategies that meet local needs and requirements but also aligns with the overall regional/global product positioning
  • Be a key resource for regional teams to escalate their issues and problems to the vendor/principals and get their help for resolution
  • Constantly look for breakthrough and innovative sales strategies to differentiate Chemopharm in selling capabilities and customer satisfaction

 

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 6 years of related working experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Possess a sound working knowledge in the analytical field
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Product Management/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • A high degree of interpersonal and communication skills.

    Senior Customer Support Executive - Technical

    You will play an important role to:

    • Deliver timely and reliable service and application support to customers.
    • Perform installations, commissioning of equipment at customers’ site.
    • Perform training on proper operation and user-level maintenance on the equipment at customers’ site.
    • Respond to customer service and application requests, take corrective actions and complete customer site repairs including testing of the systems according to time frame set by the management.
    • To perform 1st and 2nd level of service/repair and perform scheduled PPM as per plan
    • To adhere to the HQ’s customer support policy on breakdown time.
    • Responsive to customer needs and build rapport with customers and end-users.
    • Responsible for the initial and on-going   product/technology training for the sales team

      To be successful in this role, you will require:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Engineering (Chemical), Science & Technology, Biotechnology, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.

          Sales Executive - Analytical/Lifescience

          You will play an important role in:

          • Key account management, with strong after sales support to customers.
          • Drive sales activities of laboratory instruments & consumables.
          • Meeting sales forecast and budget.
          • Address and handle enquiries, conduct field visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
          • Systematic market mapping and market intelligence gathering & dissemination.

          Associate Manager - Product Marketing

          You will play an important role to:

          • Create, implement and coordinate strategic marketing plans which align with regional product team
          • Meeting the pre-agreed sales target and principal expectation
          • Gather and analyse market intelligence to optimize product and market opportunities
          • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, marketing activities, product launching) and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products
          • Ensure execution of all pre-planned marketing initiatives and activities.
          • Expand existing customer base for the portfolio of products through.
          • Build good rapport with key accounts and high potential accounts
          • Carry out field visits to elicit voice of customers, insights and market trends.
          • Provide technical product information and conduct demonstration and presentation to customers.
          • Create training materials and periodical training programs for sales team and key partners.
          • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels

          Associate Manager - Channel Sales

          You will play an important role to:

          • Work with business units / sales managers in developing and strengthening dealer network.
          • Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for dealers/partners, to achieve company goals.
          • Work with business team to identify new dealers/ partners and to retain success of existing ones.
          • Obtain customers/dealers feedback and suggest appropriate product features/ specifications, to fulfil customer/ partner requirements.

            Channel Sales Executive

            You will play an important role to:

            • Support and build a professional working relationship with a group of focused dealers
            • Identify new dealers and explore new business opportunities for the product portfolio.
            • Provide immediate and efficient first level technical support for any inquiries by dealers.
            • Support the sales and marketing plans, including promoting targeted range of products, providing literature and contents,
            • Manage key accounts, address and handle dealer inquiries, conduct field visits, product presentations and demonstrations with dealers
            • Gather market analysis / intelligence and identify product and market segmentations
            • Work with Product Executive to produce, customize and analyze training materials and training needs for dealers.
            • Process PO from dealers

            To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

            • At least degree in Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Business or related courses
            • Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills paired with strong organization, self-management and decision-making skills are key for this position

                Finance and Admin Manager

                You will play an important role to:

                • Manage the accounts function which covers Accounting and Finance.
                • Set up controls and guidelines to ensure the smooth operations of the division.
                • Manage and prepare financial and management accounting reports as per determined by HQ.
                • Monitor the Monthly budget and variance reporting and report any deviations to the management for remedial actions.
                • Monthly cash flow reporting and to implement policies to improve cash flow and working capital requirements.
                • Responsible for Accounts Receivable. Monitor monthly collection forecast and minimize outstanding debts.
                • Stock movement reports and monitoring.
                • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, Corporate Secretary, tax agent, bankers and lawyers.
                • To set up SOP for all workflows within the division to emphasize on effective internal controls and to ensure its compliance.
                • To ensure all government statutory requirements are complied with by the company.
                • Able to oversee the Order Processing Department. 

                To be successful in this role, you would require:

                • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
                • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia in both written and oral forms
                • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
                • Preferably Managers or Assistant Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

                Area Sales Executive (Analytical)

                You will play an important role in:

                • Achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory.
                • Developing and implementing an annual sales plan to ensure adequate coverage of the area/territory assigned to him/her, including plans for constant new customer acquisition, maximizing sales with current customers and expanding dealer networks.
                • Submitting sales and other reports as may be required on a timely basis
                • Working closely with the Product Marketing Team to give timely feedback on market condition and customers’ inputs on their product
                • Communicate with principal for product update and marketing activities

                  To be successful in this role, you would require:

                  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Biology, Marketing, Medical Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
                  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
                  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in this field is preferable for this position.
                  • Experience in sales & marketing for laboratory instruments is preferable
                  • Experience in lab water system, biological safety cabinet, freeze dryer and peristaltic pump is an added advantage.
