Sr. Area Sales Executive (Analytical & Life Science)

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers as well as dealers in the Analytical and Life Science industry.

You will play an important role in:

  • Implementing sales and marketing activities relevant to achieve assigned revenue targets

Area Sales Executive (Penang)

Customer Support Executive (Healthcare Diagnostics)

The individual will play a critical role in the company by providing support (application and service) to internal and external customers.

You will play an important role to:

  • Deliver timely and reliable service and application support to customers.
  • Perform installations, commissioning of equipment at customers’ site.
  • Perform training on proper operation and user-level maintenance on the equipment at customers’ site.
  • Respond to customer service and application requests, take corrective actions and complete customer site repairs including testing of the systems according to time frame set by the management.

Order Processing Executive

You will play an important role to:

  • Verify and process customer’s Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Prepare Delivery Order (DO) for shipment to customers

Shipping Executive

You will play an important role in:

  • Import & Export shipping arrangements for the organization
  • Follow up with principal on OA of PO and update data into SAP system
  • Liaise and coordinate with forwarding agent for importing & exporting and preparation of required shipping documentation.
  • Prepare & verify packing list, invoice, B/Lading, Form D and other related shipping docs, then submit for custom clearance.
  • Checking & verify inbound shipment of K1 presented by forwarding agent, checking HS code, duties & sales tax calculation and other related information to make sure is correct and complying to custom rules and regulation.
  • Coordinate with principal on the readiness of goods and to arrange shipment. Sourcing & comparing freight charge for best price in order to maintain shipping budget and cost.

Production Manager (Klang)

Our subsidiary company, Chemoresources Sdn. Bhd, a laboratory furniture production company is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join the team.

You will play an important role in:

  • Overseeing the production activities and organizing workflows to meet specification and deadlines
  • Introduce product innovation which includes the development of new products, changes in design of current products, changes in production process or raw materials.
  • Assessing projects in relation to the resources needed including budget, raw materials and timeline
  • Ensuring that production is running on a cost effective manner
  • Negotiating with customer on the deliverables such as cost, timeline and any relevant requirements for the final product

This role would require the individual to be a trusted consultant in delivering timely and reliable application support to customers.

You will play an important role to:

  • Perform demonstration, evaluation, method validation/verification of equipment at customers’ site.
  • Assist customers in writing up evaluation and method validation/verification protocols and reports.

Service Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Service Engineer.

You will play an important role to:

  • Perform QC inspections on equipment for any physical damages or technical issues
  • Perform installations or commissions on the equipment at customers’ site
  • Training customers on the operation and user-level maintenance of the equipment
  • Troubleshoot problems, take corrective actions and complete repairs including testing of the systems according to time frame set by the management

Sr. Operations & Shipping Executive

You will play an important role to:

  • Supervise, monitor and lead the team to achieve objectives
  • Receive, process and verify customer’s purchase order against sales quotation and acknowledge customer order in a timely manner.
  • Monitor incoming shipments to ensure delivery commitment to customer are met.
  • Prepare Delivery Order & Invoice for delivery to customers as well as documentation for export shipment.

Product Manager

You will play an important role to:

  • Manage a group of products and meet the allocated sales budget.
  • Design and implement sales and marketing plan which includes promoting a range of products, providing literature and contents and liaising with principals for technical information
  • Manage, lead and coach subordinates in regards to selling skills, product management and communication with principals.
