We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Clinical Diagnostics team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing business development and marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth for new product portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business development, a deep understanding of the clinical diagnostics industry and a proven track record of driving growth and expanding market presence,

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the clinical diagnostics industry
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth objectives and expand market share.
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for the product based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to resonate with target audiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, hospital-based healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, pathologist & Scientific officers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
• Participate and organize CME, meetings, exhibition, conferences and meetings
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales to ensure alignment and drive business success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Medical related field, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biology, etc.
• Has 3-5 years of experience in the clinical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a car, valid driving license and open to travel for work.
