Area Sales Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) – Selangor (HQ)

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for our Healthcare team. We are looking for leaders who are ambitious, driven and possess a growth mindset. As an Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing a team and achievement of the sales within a given area. You will develop and implement strategies within your area to deliver on sales for your product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead area sales team to achieve team target set with strategic plan
  • Provide professional leadership to ensure team work and division mutual goal is obtained internally and externally
  • Work closely with other team mates align with division direction
  • Solve problem for the team internally and externally
  • Ensure optimal sales efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and develop a higher aspiration and agility team
  • Monthly team forecast and funnels submission with analysis

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess 5-7 years of commercial sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Science or equivalent.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) will be an added advantage
  • Own a valid driving license and a car
  • Willing to travel extensively
