Logistics Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Import shipping arrangements for the organization
  • Follow up with principal on OA of PO and update data into SAP system
  • Liaise and coordinate with forwarding agent for importing and preparation of required shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with principal on the readiness of goods and to arrange shipment.
  • Verify and process customer’s Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Prepare Delivery Order (DO) for shipment to customers
  • Coordinate and liaise with respective departments to ensure smooth delivery
  • Consolidate customer’s PO and release PO to supplier in timely manner
  • Review customer order and keep customers updated on delivery schedule
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in a similar role would be preferred
  • Good command in English
  • Experience of Sap operation and expert in MS Excel function.
