We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Specialist for our Clinical Diagnostics team. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven and keen to carve a career in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with the stakeholders.
You will play an important role in:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct market research, market analysis to identify product and market segmentations.
- Maintain sales target with integrated sales quota planning and analyze actual sales pipeline against the planned.
- Conduct field visits to potential customers (100% of the time)
- Building good relationship with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
- Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base, through the exploration of the market.
- Submitting sales and other reports on a timely basis.
- Participate in all product marketing plans and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you would require:
- Bachelor's degree in science, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Science or equivalent.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).
- Own a valid driving license and a car.
- Willing to travel extensively.
