Key Account Executive (3 positions)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Owns, defines and develop strategy for targeted account and leads the implementation
- Uncover, develop, and close opportunities within the assigned segment
- Carry out 70% of time on field visits to potential customers
- Carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan including planning, preparing sales tools and organizing presentation to targeted groups
- Expand existing customer base for the portfolio of products
- Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base, through exploration of the market
- Maintain customer database
- Orders & Sales Forecasting
- Feedback information on competition to increase our competitiveness
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, as well as maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
- Any special projects to be assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate in related sales environment in laboratory solutions such as Chemicals, Life Science Consumables, Instrumentation, etc'
- At least a diploma in Science related field
- Experience in utilisation of funnel and forecast tools
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and independent with ability to work in a matrix – reporting, diverse working environment
