Associate Product Marketing Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) – Selangor

We are hiring an Associate Product Marketing Manager for our Clinical Diagnostics team. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven and possess a growth mindset. In this role, you are responsible for principal engagement, marketing strategies and activities implementation, inventory management, internal and external training, and product P&L management.

You will play an important role to:

• Work together with sales team to meet country’s sales targets and business objectives.
• Forecast, monitor and manage selling processes.
• Establish key accounts with existing users by increasing current product line market share and through offering a wider product portfolio.
• Ensure up-to-date market intelligence feedback and the development of appropriate marketing strategy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of pre and post sales service. To work closely with members from inter and intra departments to adhere to specified turnaround time and meeting stakeholders’ expectations.
• Clinician visits to create market needs for autoimmune and allergy testing.
• Collaboration with customers’ marketing team to increase clinicians’ awareness and test ordering.
• New business development.

To be successful in this role, you would require:

• 2-5 years of commercial sales and marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in science, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Science or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear and persuasive messaging.
• Experience in Immunology will be an added advantage.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Own a valid driving license and a car.
• Travel may be required to attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
