Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities as the host or leader in technical training for customers or users for implementation technical knowledge according to the products as assigned
• Maintain and expand relationship with key customers
• Maintain products, competitors’ knowledge and movement
• Assisting in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirement and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher from the Faculty of Science, especially Department of Biochemistry, Department of Biotechnology or other related departments in the field of Genomics
• Strong leadership, analytical and people management skills
• Have proven knowledge or prior experience with good understanding in using the instruments of Life Science
• Basic computer skill is required and must have the outstanding skilful presentation on the products as assigned
• Being a service-mind person with the enthusiasm and good relationship person
• Able to work under pressure and able to completely handle any project assignment with the proactive performance
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Able to work and travel in both domestics and overseas areas
