Mid-range Bed Capacity in a Small Footprint
The VERITY GX-271 liquid handler is a mid-size bed capacity liquid handler/fraction collector with a bench-saving footprint featuring separate fluid pathways that reduce cross-contamination of samples and fractions. With the GX Direct Injection Module, the system accommodates injection loop volumes of 2 µL to 25 mL and sample mass of up to 15 grams per injection. The system can accommodate flow rates up to 200 mL/min.
Modular Components Provide a Multitude of Options
Using this mid-capacity liquid handler as a starting point, choose from several pumping solutions with features such as multi-solvent selection, high pressure variable mixing, and interchangeable pump heads. Depending on the pump, achieve flow rates up to 200 mL/min and pressures up to 8700 psi (600 bar). Gilson pumping system are able to support isocratic, binary, and ternary gradients. With several valve options available, virtually any number of single- or multiple-column schemes can be accommodated. Likewise, the detection options available offer the sensitivity and reproducibility you need to monitor your separations. Detection options include 171/172 diode array (DAD), 157/159 ultraviolet (UV) and/or visible (Vis), prepELS™ II evaporative light scattering (ELS), and VERITY 1900 mass spectrometer (MS) detection, as well as conductivity and pH monitoring with the VERITY 1810.
