Sales Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) – Selangor
You will play an important role in:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for the clinical diagnostics product portfolio.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support sales efforts, provide coaching and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports and presentation, providing insights and recommendations based on market dynamics and team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and continuous development.
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in science, Biology, Biomedical, Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of the clinical diagnostics market, including products, customers and competitors.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Own a valid driving license and a car
- Willing to travel extensively
