Sales Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) – Selangor

You will play an important role in:

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for the clinical diagnostics product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support sales efforts, provide coaching and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports and presentation, providing insights and recommendations based on market dynamics and team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and continuous development.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in science, Biology, Biomedical, Biotechnology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical diagnostics market, including products, customers and competitors.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Own a valid driving license and a car
  • Willing to travel extensively
