We are hiring an Product Marketing Manager for our Clinical Diagnostics team. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven and possess a growth mindset. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies for the clinical diagnostics product line, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

You will play an important role in:

• Achieving team and individual targets for the assigned product line
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive product positioning and messaging.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and stakeholders to gain insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Analyze market and sales data to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell clinical diagnostics products.

To be successful in this role, you would require:

• 4-7 years of commercial sales and marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Science or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to distil complex technical information into clear and persuasive messaging.
• Experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) will be an added advantage.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Own a valid driving license and a car.
• Travel may be required to attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
