Operations Manager – Selangor

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will play an important role to:

  • Lead the Purchasing, Customer Service and Inventory planning team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and people to accommodate the rapid growth of the business.
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal processes
  • Handle data analysis in inventory management & planning
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Lead a dynamic team to consistently achieve high performances.
  • Ensure that overall operations comply with GDPMD & any other regulatory requirement.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment & knowledge of medical device regulatory requirement will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning and decision-making.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong understanding of best practices to improve operational.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry with knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD.
  • Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
  • Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result driven.
