Operations Manager – Selangor
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will play an important role to:
- Lead the Purchasing, Customer Service and Inventory planning team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and people to accommodate the rapid growth of the business.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal processes
- Handle data analysis in inventory management & planning
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Lead a dynamic team to consistently achieve high performances.
- Ensure that overall operations comply with GDPMD & any other regulatory requirement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment & knowledge of medical device regulatory requirement will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning and decision-making.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of best practices to improve operational.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry with knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD.
- Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
- Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management skills.
- Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result driven.
