Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures
• Provide support in diagnosing hardware a& software issues and troubleshooting activities
• Document all processes in reference manuals for training and guidance
  Handle periodic maintenance of hardware and software

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Students who are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
• Enthusiastic and keen to take on challenges
• The minimum duration for this internship period is 10 weeks
