Customer Service Executive

The Group is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team Service Team as a Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage customer interactions through phone call, email and other channels.
  • Generate Sales Quotation, Sales Tender, Sales Order, Delivery Order and Purchase Order
  • Manage open Sales Orders and oversee incoming shipments.
  • Propose and follow up on maintenance quotations and contracts to customers.
  • Handling customer requests/complaints and logging it into the system.
  • Manage spare parts inventory/stock.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Computer literate: MS Office, MS Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and meticulously with good interpersonal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
