Associate Operations Manager – Selangor

You will play an important role to:

  • Manage and lead the Order Fulfilment & Purchasing.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and coordinate the Order Fulfilment operations planning process including supply / demand, inventory management, and executing customer orders in adhering to customer delivery schedule.
  • Develop and implement strategies/system to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Enhance work integration/collaborate with other departments to meet customer delivery requirements and support overall business growth
  • Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improves performance against set goals.
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with MDA regulations and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of best practices to improve operational
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry with knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD.
  • Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
  • Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result-driven.
