Area Sales Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) – Selangor
You will play an important role in:
- Lead area sales team to achieve team target set with strategic plan.
- Provide professional leadership to ensure team work and division mutual goal is obtained internally and externally.
- Work closely with other team mates align with division direction.
- Solve problem for the team internally and externally.
- Ensure optimal sales efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and develop a higher aspiration and agility team.
- Monthly team forecast and funnels submission with analysis.
To be successful in this role, you would require:
- 5-7 years of commercial sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Science or equivalent.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) will be an added advantage
- Own a valid driving license and a car
- Willing to travel extensively
