You will play an important role to:

• Qualify technical requirements for sales opportunities.
• Provide technical & application support to customer on product line
• Understand and help customers resolve application issues during product testing
• Carry out calibration and configuration on Chromatography products according to individual instrument testing method
• Review and guide the development of product manual and application notes
• Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
• Provide quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company analytical equipment at customer site.
• Provide onsite or classroom training to customer

To be successful in this role, you would require:

• At least a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related sciences
• With at least 2 years of hands on experience in handling Gas Chromatography (GC), Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
• Has knowledge at 3-MCPD and MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) /MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Carbons)
• Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.
• Able to travel locally and to ASEAN countries
• Possess a car and valid driving license
